The Solinco Hyper-G delivers a ton of control to the intermediate or advanced player that can take advantage of it. I'm a 4.5 tennis player playing in highschool. Strung up Hyper G 17G for the first time this past weekend and its fantastic. I also liked the amount of spin I was getting. As for ground strokes, they are pretty much the same, maybe some extra free depth with Hyper-G. I just wished it lasted longer. String tension is a personal preference. Durability too!
